At Voise Foundation, our program assistants play a critical role in the smooth operation of our programs. They provide valuable logistical and coordination support that drives the success of our initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination
As a program assistant, you will be involved in the core activities of our programs. This includes:
- Coordinating logistics for filming and producing video content, ensuring that all elements are in place for smooth production.
- Arranging guest speakers and experts for interviews, acting as the point of contact for all communications.
- Creating and maintaining a detailed schedule for each program to keep everyone on track.
2. Research
An important part of this role involves conducting research for each episode. This includes:
- Gathering relevant information to ensure each episode is informative and engaging.
- Assisting in preparing interview questions for experts based on your research findings.
3. Script Development
In addition to logistical tasks, program assistants are also involved in the creative process. This includes:
- Assisting with script development, contributing to the creation of engaging content for our audience.
- Providing creative input, using your unique perspective to enhance our content.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Prior experience in program coordination or a similar role is advantageous, but not essential. We value a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for our cause above all.
